Meet The Doctors

Dr. Christensen was born in Chicago, Illinois but was raised in Driggs, Idaho and Brigham City, Utah. After high school, he lived abroad in Madrid, Spain for two years and then continued his studies at the University of Utah.

Dr. Christensen earned his bachelor's degree in Medical Biology from The University of Utah in 1997. He soon after packed up his family and attended The University of Iowa where he earned his dental degree in 2000.

Dr. Christensen began his dental career with his father in Brigham City, Utah. He considered the five years working with his father as some of the best dental education he could receive. ln 2005 Dr. Christensen moved his family to Henderson, Nevada, and opened his own dental practice. He relocated his dental practice to its current location in 2013.

While living in Nevada, he continued his education at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with a focus on cosmetic dentistry. He also enlisted in the Air Force Reserves as a dental officer in 2007 and continues to serve in that position today.

Dr. Christensen has been a member of the American Dental Association since 2000 and a member of the Nevada Dental Association and Southern Nevada Dental Association since 2005. He also serves as a dental consultant to the Ryan White Foundation through the University Medical Center.

He loves hiking, biking, and most sports. He is a diehard Chicago Cubs baseball fan.

Dr. Ashley Christensen was born in San Bernardino, California but was raised in Topeka, Kansas. She relocated to Nevada in 2007 after graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology. ln 2013, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Ashley Christensen proudly joined Christensen Dental in the fall of 2015. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.

She lives in Henderson with her two dogs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking and exercising.
